Daily Science Report for 4 March 2009

LOCATION: In transit to Honolulu, Hawaii

SCIENCE UPDATE: The Expedition 320T preliminary report was finalized. Acceptance testing process was completed. The Readiness Assessment Team concluded preparation of their assessment reports. End of expedition activities are ongoing. Scheduled time of arrival to pilot station off Honolulu at 10:00 am March 5th local time.

Ship highlight of the day: Operations Office

The Operations Office is used by the Operations Superintendent who acts as a liaison between the science party and the ship's drilling crew to ensure that the scientific objectives are achieved.
